We do not guarantee specific results but aim to deliver effective strategies to improve appointment booking and lead generation.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
- If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Payment and Fees
- Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedule will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
- Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
5. Use of Services
- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You shall not engage in activities that may impair or disrupt our services, including transmitting malicious code, spam, or unauthorized access attempts.

- All content, branding, and materials provided by Jupiter Marketers, including designs, scripts, videos, and marketing strategies, remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.
- You may only use our intellectual property for the purpose of your relationship with us and in accordance with these Terms.

- Both parties agree to protect proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the engagement.
- Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Jupiter Marketers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm.
- Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
9. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jupiter Marketers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice according to the terms specified in your service contract.
- Upon termination, you shall pay any outstanding fees, and we shall cease providing services.
- Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive termination.
